EXPLANATION: During the boot of a PowerMAX OS 5.1 system with a model

CM0501, -- Single-Head PMC Graphics Card with 4 MB memory, installed the

boot appears to hang. If you wait long enough the OS will boot all the way up.

RESOLUTION: As a interim resolution you can pick up PKBDFIX.tar from the

Concurrent Computer Corporation, CCUR, ftp site. The official fix will

be in 5.1SR2.

passwd: enter your email id

bin

cd hotline

get PKBDFIX.tar

tar xvof PKBDFIX.tar

cd PKBDFIX

pg pkbdfix.rdme(This is the instructions of how to finish up the installation of this fix.)
